What can I learn about a 1970-s error Quarter. Printed over Canadian stock. Something will SHOW through on back side. Very high value/very rare.
Is this genuine? Past 11 months I've been looking.

Is this the one you're searching for? http://www.ebay.com/itm/1970-S-Proo...rter-NGC-PF-

I think that this particular error had some inside 'help'. Just my opinion, but you have to ask: What's a 29 year old foreign coin doing at the mint? Since I believe it was 'helped' on the inside -- I feel certain it had some help getting out the back door.

You can keep searching, no harm in that, but I doubt you'll ever find one.

There is only one example of the coin you are referring to. It is an "assisted" error, meaning that a mint worker intentionally overstruck an old Canadian quarter with a US quarter. There is no point in looking for one, it is a unicorn.
