Found this today looking through a CENT roll I got from the bank. Would this be a "spike head" ? It is a raised crack but just in the head area, not from the rim into it.

This is a Die Crack, but this would not be considered a "Spiked Head". A "Spiked Head" would have to have a crack connecting to the rim and the crack has to be going through his head. Nice find. :)

Rest in Peace

Interesting - an actual die crack in the head isn't a spike head die crack? LOL!!

It may be what I've seen called a "cracked skull" except that it's only in the hair. I think it still counts, though.

I'm not that lucky. I've only found 1 99WAM and 2 98WAM's since last year.

That was last year before I was a member here. And I sold it and bought a few Flying Eagle cents, now I'm kinda thinking I should have kept it as the prices on ebay are pretty high and I'll probably never find another one. :(
