Thoughts on grade and problems? Thanks! I'm going to buck the trend and say AU53 full grade. Did any of you notice the full serif on the D in UNITED? :) Couple of minor cracks, and a neat little obverse rim Cud. Is there a premium on a coin with plain 5 and full serif? In previous discussions westcoin seems to think that it doesn't matter to most collectors. Thanks for the interesting observations.

One more vote with Westcoin on the relative values of plain and fancy 5s. As a 2c obsessive, I'm glad I have examples of each. I know no one else - other than a very few fellow obsessives - who cares. Both varieties are commonly available.
