I actually think that was a decent buy. Pure acetone soak - nothing else. Old copper is finicky.

I would go for it.  Check it out if and when you get it. I always do due diligence with any coin I may, or may be considering to buy. Due diligence best done before purchase, but that is not always possible, especially with ebay. Check for weight, diameter and visual comparison with similar examples you may find on Google Images. Not worth slabbing; not enough potential value to justify shipping and fees.

For $10 and change, why not? I know this guy who has stuck $10 many times in a slot machines, which is a much worse gamble IMO. Look at all the coins I could have purchased. Sorry, I mean this guy I know.

9-12 dollar coin to me. Not bad if it comes out an acetone soak better then definite score.
