Found a very interesting 1996 penny with interesting toning and a strange nose with die cracks or some type of doubling? Also, the columns on the back look to be doubled. Thoughts?

Looks like coin damage on the nose. The mark on the brow is on all of them. The mark east of the nose is a finger print. The mark on the reverse is a split plating issue.

It has a slight MAD, but since none of design is missing it probably wouldn't have a premium.
