This is why I love foreign coins. I keep finding places that I never knew existed. I cannot find where there could have been a Venetian Republic in 1861. So what is this?

Junkbox find. 6.98 grams. 25.8 mm. A little larger than an 1867 5 centesimi

Liberty with hairband LIBERTAD. REPUBLICA D[I] VENEZ[IA]?

CEN[TIM?]0 1861.

REPUBLICA D[E] VENEZ[UELA].

This type, found here, was made in 1862 and 1863, but not 1861. I think I am seeing a flat bottom on the last digit, so I would think 1862.
