A minuscule coin, just a bit over 11 mm in diameter. If authentic, it's obviously from the reign of Philip III, and dated 1605. My first thought was that it was a dinero, but that date doesn't match up with the catalog listing.

Looks like an excellent example. I really like it. I'm not near my books, but if the date isn't listed, I would guess this a discovery date, rather than an imitation or counterfeit.

Could the date be 1603? NGC lists a dinero of that date, and the last digit looks very similar to the one found on this example.

Looking more closely at my specimen and referencing that link you provided, I think you're probably correct. I took that last digit to be a 5, but certainly the simplest explanation would be that it's a rather stylized 3, and in that case any mystery about the coin goes away.

Hi. Initially they are 2 maravedis fron Segovia mint; I think that last digit is 5. You check on this pic how (they) spelling 3 and 5.

There are 2 maravedís coins from Segovia dated in 1603 and 1605 but diameter might be 16 mm not 11 ?

Yes, a typo on my part. Diameter is just over 16 mm, with a weight of just over 1.5 grams.
