Hello members, For about 3 months, I have been putting together 32 coin Eisenhower set. Mostly purchased from ebay but couple of silver pieces from LCS. Now that I only need 3 more to complete, any suggestion on how I should store/display the coins? My first thought was Dansco, but Capital case is nice too. (although bit expensive for a display). Any other suggestion or thoughts? Edit: In the chart, 1987 should be 1978. I made it last night at 1AM with only one eye opened *** Moved by Staff to a more appropriate forum. ***Edited by Coconutjoe 08/09/2017 12:00 am

Whoa that is beautiful. Nice nice nice. So you only need the Silver proofs for 71 72 and 74 right? Check out JT here https://www.ebay.com/sch/Eisenhower...ickerjtcoins I got a beautiful 2012 Trade Winds Proof from him last week. He's top notch. Met him many + many years ago.

Excellent set! I would also recommend JT. I made my first purchase from him (four proofs) just recently and it was beyond expectations. I even got a free BU Wheatie in the package! As far as display, have you looked into CAPS albums? They will be more expensive but from what I've seen in pictures, offer the best protection and view of the coins.

Beautiful set. Obviously you didn't buy the first coin that came along. I like CAPS too. These coins warrant a beautiful display.
Then, when you have it complete, you can kick back and enjoy your accomplishment.

Looking good! Since your coins are raw, I would suggest either CAPS or Dansco albums. For what it is worth, my first set is in a Dansco album. I completed it over twenty years ago and he is doing fine. I am now building a second set that is slabbed. I keep them in a Lighthouse box.

Nice set. I have a complete set including all 3 1972's, all proofs, all silver proofs and the Ike commemoratives.

That's a beautiful set you've put together so far, nice progress! With the proofs I would say these Ikes warrant a Dansco, although from what I've seen of the CAPS albums here on the forum, that's another good option too.

Although I am biased towards the Dansco, I am itching to see another set in CAPS. If you are curious... http://goccf.com/t/274055

Those Ikes look very lustrous. Here's a complete 32-coin set in a Capital Plastics holder that I finished a couple of years ago. It looks really nice, but it bugs me that a lot of the coins don't fit well in the holes, mainly the silver issues and proofs. I recommend a Dansco album.

I've done several Danscos in the past and they worked well. I really like Darth's capital display and Debrajc has been posting some killer CAPs albums. I lean towards the look of the CAPS since it gives a look of the Dansco and Capital mixed together.

Thanks everyone for your suggestions, and for CAPS link jbuck. Darth Morgan, your Capital case look awesome! For me, I think I will place them in Dansco album for now, since I will be making frequent upgrades. When I complete the set that I really want to display, I will transfer to Capital. I'm sure by then, I will have many extras for 2nd set in Dansco. Also, I do like CAPS album, but they take so much space. I already have about twenty 3-ring binders with couple thousand coins in 2x2. Will post pictures when I get all 32 coin set in Dansco.
