Lines in hair above laurel wreath still show although worn, all leaves still visible, hairlines at forehead are still clear, rest of the curls and bun still have a bit of detail. On the reverse there are still veins showing on the leaves. I don't know if the coin looks as washed out as the photo shows - it certainly doesn't have any eye appeal by the photo, but I'd give it an F-15.

Its tough to tell due to the quality of the photo's but I would say VG-10 to F-12.

I think better than an 8 so a 10, not quite 12.

Scans never, very seldom give good photos on coins.
I'd give it a F-12
