Undisturbed liquid luster indicates mint state, with a lack of any circulation offerings further proof.
FH is not ONLY for the head. In this instance the three shield bolts at bottom center of the shield are almost non-existent.
No marks of any particular note. The black spot on the knee does not affect the technical grade, although it does affect the market value.
65, no FH.
