Authenticity is in question with the wire-like rims and excessive deformation of all lettering and devices. The "S" looks wrong. I think it is counterfeit.

The S alone is so far off it leads to examining the rest of the coin with a critical eye. Agree with those saying

Thanks for the help everyone. That's unfortunate however, I agree as well after looking at another 1908 S that I have and handling both.

It looks very suspect to me. The color is also wrong.
