Just received this 3 cent silver coin without having good pictures.

Much luster is present, but it just looks too clean. Is it a AU/BU, or has it been cleaned?

Grading and opinions on cleaning are welcome. This is my first silver 3 cent piece for my 7070 album.

No opinion on grade or cleaning, but it has a strong clash and it was from a VVLDS (very very late die stage)

I think it's the lack of color in the pictures that make it look worse. The surfaces don't look right. Too much texturing or something. Harsh cleaning? ED?

The area around the first S in STATES, and the lower rim of the reverse, tells all there needs to be said regarding cleaning, which is a shame. This is otherwise a highly interesting coin, not only clashed but at an extremely advanced stage of die wear.

It has AU sharpness, but it has been "cooked" in dipping solution. Large amounts of metal has been removed from the surfaces. Some of the lines are Die Deterioration stress marks, but most of it is damage from acid.
