It's worth 3 cents.

Somewhere out there (really out there) might be a collector looking for coins with the least reason to slab. This one would be hard to beat in that category.

Hmmm...a new collecting field?

Haven't you seen low ball sets? Entire collections where the objective is to get the lowest of the low certified. It's very competitive for some people.

I'm fully aware of low ball collecting.

I'm not talking about the most circulated, I'm talking about the least valuable coin sent in to a TPG.

the experts have spoken, you can take it to the bank!it is quite evident that the jeweler has little or no knowledge of Error varieties,but you came to the right place for the right answer, stick around you will learn progressively.

I was curious and looked at the population report for it. There are 3 others certified in the same grade and 4 more graded lower. Lol

Don't give up. Eventually you will bump up into a good coin with a real error.

That sure looks like the Coin Wrapping Machine fingers hit the 0 and moved it a touch. I have a few of those examples. I think spruett has posted a few examples in the past.

Probably vending machine damage. When this happens the damage is close to parallel to the rim.
