It looks real to me. Do research on how to tell if a clipped planchet is real or not.

Looks like the real deal to me!  It exhibits the Blakesley Effect on both sides with nicely tapered rims leading to the clip. Nice one.

That is great - It looked like damage to me especially on the Reverse. I need to do what E & V suggested and learn more about them. I bet I have tossed a few back that were actually good ones.

The planchet was never "clipped", the blank was incomplete when it was punched out of the strip because the punch overlapped a previously punched out hole. But trying to get people to stop saying "clipped" is an uphill battle.
