The '69 is not THE DDO. Not sure what you're asking with the '82.

All I see on the 1982 P LC is circulation wear and PMD on the left rim on obverse (Post Mint Damage meaning it happened outside of the U.S. Mint).
Errers and Varietys.

Can't tell anything about the 82 except like EaV says about the rim damage.

82 is VLDS, very late die state, notice how metal flow has moved all details outwards, almost touching rim, letters become distorted, appear larger/wider/stretched. They were pushing the large date dies as long as possible until the small dates were put into use later in the year.

Can not make out doubled dies from current images. Curious if the 1969-S reverse has a floating roof? Common this year from over die polishing. Thanks, Doug.

,I don't see any doubling ,perhaps posting a close up image of the devices you think are doubled would help!

The devices on the large date copper cents that year look larger than the small date coins. So you would need a side by side to show the differences between a DDO and a normal coin. Guess what, I already have images to show you:

Again, nothing wrong with it. Normal coins worth 1 cent.
Errers and Varietys.
