I think it is a RPM because of the splits inside the mintmark.

I can't see split serifs. The inside of mint mark is possibly due to a damaged punch used on large dates. Thanks, Doug.

If you compare to known RPM's on Coppercoins, the center anomaly seems present on most if not all large date RPM's.

Also believe I originally read this from coop. Will find past topic and link it here. Thanks, Doug.

The centers of this years mint marks are showing some mint mark punch damage. As mentioned, the RPMs are more on the serifs. Do a search on the coppercoins site and you will see that is were they are located.
