It certainly looks like something going on there. I couldn't find a match on VV or Wexler's either. There are several others for the date/mm so, maybe there's a possibility of a new one.

At 1st glance, I was thinking WRPM-10, but that hook is throwing me off.

That's sure looks like a RPM of some variety.

I like it .. almost looks like an attempt at punching three times with a tilted punch for the first two.
I would hope it is an S over S over S for you. Very interesting. But I sure don't know.

To me it looks like an incuse mark on that area making a ridge of metal west? A closer view might show more?

Could it be over an inverted S? That would be a good reason to repunch it.
