I have about 25 --peniies 1990 no s on them,,, and I look these 3 or 4 differents than the rest ,,,2 of them are in really bad conditions but ,,, I got them from money chage so ... I cant complaint ... I will apresiate your comments and help ,,, thanks

These are completely normal cents. All are from the Philadelphia mint. This is normal. Only 1990 no s exist on proofs only. All spendable. Worth 1 cent. No error by all means.

 They are all circulation Philadelphia Mint (No mintmark) coins. Only proofs for this year would have an "S" mintmark and none of them are proofs. Keep searching!

Yeppers. The proofs are completely different. Mirrored background, frosty bust and reliefs etc.
