I've seen dies like these that have the lines in the center, but sometimes they are just older die scratches. If you rotate the coin 90 degrees, you can sometimes still see the connecting die scratches more clearer. So if you take an image at 90 turned CW, then it might show me more if that is the case. Die scratches inside of the mint mark center stay stronger for a longer time. So lets see what the rotated image might show first to see of this is the case or not? (send me an email when you post it in case I miss your new images) Please the address from the screen number on the address bar above.

I "think" I saw this one on Variety Vist a few minutes ago looking for a '61-D of mine. I remember the die chip between the 6 & 1. Let me try to find it again.

Edit: Didn't read the old posts. Sorry. I even posted to this thread. What a dummy I am, lol!

Uruman, are you okay? Hurricane Harvey hit pretty hard I heard. Is your house okay or is it destroyed? I hope it didn't get destroyed.

Error and Varietys, thanks for your concern it's very much appreciated , my house didn't get much water in it , but my daughter's that is 15 minutes from my house and next to the levy that broke is seating on 5 to 7 feet of water and what is even worst ( beside not having raising water insurance) is that they won't be let in the house for about 3 months or until the water drains down to about 1 foot outside on the street.

Uruman, I'm glad you're okay. Too bad about your daughter's house, but she can live with you until she can move back out into a house. I'm glad you are okay.

Note the stage 'E' images of the date, you can see the same die chip between the 61. Nice find. These images were a lot better. Now you know what we need to see on images.
