Three Shield nickels, all received the same grade. Which do you like best and what you grade them at? I like the third one the best. The color of the second - not sure if natural. I appreciate all of the kind help!! #1 #2 #3

1867 by far. Gorgeous natural toning that is completely typical of the best shields. Reverse appears to have full star segmentation, so mint state. I'd guess 63 from ANACS.
That first one has such horrid plastic cloudiness and scratches that it's hard to see the coin.

I like #2 the 1867 too. These don't look uncirculated to me. I'd say au53 or 55.

I like #2 also. . It has the most Eye appeal of all three. I'll guess they are high AU. I wouldn't kick any of them out of my collection.

Yes, the '67 by far. AU-58 at worst.

I like the second one the best, and I would guess they all graded AU-58.

Another one here in agreement. Yes the 1867 is the most attractive one. Much nicer for a type coin than the others. Great color too.

They shouldn't have gotten the same grades. The '67 is awesome!

AU-58, hands down the 67 is best.

Those are all AU53-AU55 and the 1867 is the winner.

The obverse has a beautiful strike, especially for a hard nickel alloy. The reverse scratches are much more prominent than in the original pics on the 5. I think it moves it into details territory. If you can, send it back. It is a problem coin.

The reverse center hits are quite heavy and detract noticeably from the otherwise-decent eye appeal. Not related, but you can see a broken point on one of the stars, and rim Cuds starting to form along the eastern edges of the reverse.

So the consensus is a return? Stinks that the seller had to juice the pics
