I would say I am not the best at identifying these, but I am trying to learn, so I guess I shall try.
I agree that it looks like a Northern Song dynasty coin. The top character I recognize as a Grass script version of... Yuan(?). Near the top of the very helpful site Finn posted is a list called "Size and Denominations," which also lists titles. There is a Yuan-Feng, a Yuan-You, and a Yuan-Fu. On the Yuan-You one, the right character looks like it is split into two parts, which I am not seeing on your coin. There are no pictures of the Yuan-Fu one, which does not help, and Numista is also missing pictures on that one. But looking at the Yuan-Feng one, it seems to match pretty well. That one was made from 1078 to 1085.
To find it, just scroll down on that site posted above. It is organised chronologically, so it should be easy enough to spot. And here is the Numista link, if you are interested in that (Numista calls "Grass script" "Running script").
