This dollar might become mine. The goop on the reverse is on the holder. It looks borderline or PL to me and I am thinking maybe MS64 or MS65.
What are your opinions on this and thank you!
What would be a good price from these images that you might pay tops?

might make 63. lots of marks on liberty's face and left obverse field.

The most common of all high grade Morgan's. This maybe a 62.

Not PL. I'd pass unless it's priced at $22 or less.
