1833 10c - GTG - What Do You Think (PCGS)? Jr-9 Or 10?

I picked up a nice Capped Bust Dime last week and wanted to see what the forum members had to say about the grade in comparison to PCGS, and whether it was a JR-9 10. I initially thought it was a JR-10 based on the reverse die clashes, but, the seller had it listed as a JR-9. I am sure that the die diagnostics would override the die clashes, which could pop up on any variety.

Looks au53 based on flatness of the obverse and lack of luster. The flat head on the eagle looks like a weak strike, but detracts from the eye appeal such that I would only shell out XF money for it if that. I would have held out for a well struck piece.

Typical light strike on reverse which might appear as wear at first glance. Halos indicate a very old cleaning, but the tone over makes it market acceptable. Tiny bit of luster showing on reverse in tight detail areas.

Very few distractions of any kind. I'm torn between 45 and 50, but given the great coins you usually snag ill stay with the 50.
