I wouldn't spend the money but that's just me. The 21 Peace looks cleaned with all them scratches. And if your 21 is cleaned good chances to CC is too.

Both are VFish with possible problems and worth under $100. Neither is worth submitting but both are certainly worth owning.

Mid level fine for both, but they also look like they've had a cleaning.

Neither of those is worth sending to a TPG, unless you get in on one of the ANACS specials. But that wouldn't increase the value by much, if any.

Still, a CC and a High Relief. Can't be unhappy about those!
