I live in the Tampa Bay Area Florida. So I don't have much to do today but have plenty of pennies to look at. We were going to evacuate, decided not to a few days ago and are riding the storm out now. The weather is still ok for now. But on a brighter note I found my first prisoner cent today and it's in decent condition. What do y'all think?

Thanks guys we're boarded up, close to the gulf but 55 ft above sea level. We're mainly worried about wind and power outage.

Well get your flashlights ready. National Hurricane Center is warning people in the Tampa area for 100 MPH winds tonight into tomorrow morning, causing power outages. Storm surge warning of 10+ feet for the lower lying areas then constant rain - may total up to 12", Yikes. Take care!!

Thumbs up on the clash.

Scratching head on the date. Something about the extra thickness on the two nines made me look deeper.

Found two DDO's listed on coppercoins and one fits description. Problem is not much in the way markers to confirm.

Might need to find another 1991P cent for a side by side comparison. Thanks, Doug.

Here's the coppercoins do-1, my die clash, and a random 1991. I will say the scratches are similar and the second 1 is very similar but hard to tell with the lack of die markers to go from. Any thoughts?

Check it out guys I'm almost sure that I've got it. That second 1 is thick. The only difference is I think the second 9 took a small hit on the bottom or it would look as thick as the other. If so, would this be a rarity. Couldn't be worth a lot but cool to have!
