I have five Roman coins that I'm trying to identify ... have spent so many hours on google with no success!
To help, are the observe and reverse always at 180 degrees (upside down to each other)?

Hi Coaster.

You can post the images here and our experts will gladly assist you in identifying your coins.

Weights and diameters are always helpful.

Known as the die axis, the obverse and reverse aren't always necessarily at 180 degrees.

Cheers

Most unidentified Roman coins posted here are part of the LRB (Late Roman Bronze) series from the reign of Constantine, his sons, and successors until the fall of the West (476) and the beginning of distinct Byzantine coinage (498). This website is a terrific tool to attribute those:

@coaster, please use the good posting guidelines (well lit, cropped, in focus coins) and only one or two coins per post. Including the diameter and weight will get you a gold star.

While I will be sitting on the sidelines as Romans aren't my wheelhouse, I'm looking forward to seeing what you've got!
