The one is way fatter is that from wear or something else? They are both the same year and both copper

That's extreme Die Deterioration. As dies wear, metal moves outward, notice how details are into rim. The details become stretched and also wider as the dies are polished down.

Yep. Crazyb0 is correct as it's extreme Die Deterioration. This happens a lot as the die start to show wear and tear after tons of strikes.
