Pretty hard to grade paper money from a picture
and really should show both front and back, but
from what I can see, there are several folds and is
slightly off centre, so I would say a VF grade.
Also that is the most common prefix with 200 million printed.
Still nice to have and a keeper.

Thank you! This site is amazing! I went to a 3 coin shops in BOTH CANADA AND THE US and no one could tell me anything about the prefix.

Also, coin shops can't tell you anything about the prefix because there is nothing special about it.
