Hi there,
Just wondering if anyone can give me a rough value for an Italian 500 lire coin (the one with the 4 horses on it) I can post pictures if needed.

Okay, although this isn't the right place for this, how about a date, better description of the coin, the metal it's made of...something to work from.

If it's dated 1961 it's 83% silver and contains just over a quarter ounce. If below Unc, it's worth about $4. If it's Unc, roughly $5.

Thank for your help sorry I didn't give much detail,
It is dated 1861-1961 and looks to be silver.

It sounds like coppercoins is right since it sounds like you have an Italian Unification Centennial commem. 500 Lira.
