I have this 1950 penny. It looks like there is some sort of error on front as well as die chip on back. I don't think its PMD as all of imprints are on top of error. any oppinions?

Can you give us the pictures of the whole coin? Close ups are useful to zoom into an area but it helps to see the whole coin first.
Rest in Peace

Apparent "indent" that is lined up matching on both sides...? Notice the giveaway, on LIBERTY, the letters are widened by the downward pressure of something, a squeeze. Only problem here is to figure out how...a natural circulation product or is I this from Little Johnnie in the Garage with....? I would say the former, doesn't look like tool marks.

Would that make the top of the Wheat wider like that?

Now that just shows the cent took a hard hit from something. Note the rim above GOD where it started. And was deep enough at the end that pushed the metal down on the obverse and popped it up on the reverse wheat ear. So just PMD.

Just took a hard and bad, nasty hit from something very hard. Maybe it was a metal on metal hit. PMD.
