I'm sorry Joe but I'm not a fan of this coin. Unless the lighting is bad it looks cleaned with a dark retoning. Plus some tick marks on the obverse. I might grade it XF-45 to AU technical grade depending on a better look at the wear on the high points.

I'd say low AU, reverse may have been cleaned at one point - the contrast between the edges and center seems unnaturally sharp.

It has AU sharpness, but it is dark with a lot of small marks. For pricing purposes, I'd think in terms of Choice VF or very thin EF money.

If you are just looking for a type coin, the Legend Obverse Seated dime is one of the more common pieces. You can find a better one for not that much more money.
