NGC Mistakes? I Found A Kool One! They Can Turn Nickel To Silver.

Shotts27 New Member United States 1 Posts	Posted 09/22/2017 6:58 pm After doing a bit of research on a coin I purchase I just found out that NGC has certified The coin as silver when In fact it's cuppernickel. Wondering if that would be worth more or less. I'm totally keeping them because cause I know that NGC hardly makes mistakes. Anyway. Just thought I would ask the experts. Only one I can think of that could be confused is the early'42's, all others are "silver-less". The difference between silver and nickel would be obvious on sight but fairly easy to get confused when you're moving as many pieces as the TPGs do. Edit: Or any post=1992 proof dime/quarter/half.
