Lately, I've been wanting to start a new Ike album. I sold off all of my albums (except 7070) last year when I purchased my new home. I figured I'd pick up some coins in bulk on ebay and keep the ones I want for the set and sell or trade the others. I've done this in the past with other series which allowed me to build really nice sets for very little money.
After looking on ebay I found 3 nice looking albums. 2 Were almost complete and 1 was complete. One album looked to have spectacular toning which I was excited to see. I waited as my albums came in 1 by 1. These were all Danscos so I thought that there was a little extra consideration to the handling of the coins. The first 2 albums all of the coins were heavily fingerprinted. Unfortunately, the toned Ikes were in one of these albums. (edited to add the 2 albums went back!) I finally did ok with the 3rd album. Nothing very high end, but some nice coins to start with. This leaves me wondering about how many Ikes could be ruined by careless handling.
So we can get our Ike fix in here are the coins from the 3rd album (sellers photos)

Are the dark areas on the coins just in the pictures or in hand too?

JBuck is happy.

Nice set. Some day Ikes might interest me. They do look great as a set.

I'd like to see the reverse of the '71-S proof and the clad '72. Any chance?
