I could see it just making 58. The right foot (looking down at the coin) has nice detail and the other foot, which is a high point, has some wear. Obverse has nice details with just some rub on the high points.

I would bump it up to 58. Eagle's left leg/talon is a strike issue.

I'd grade it AU53 and NGC likely went AU55.
