I'd send that on the first plane smoking to PCGS and getting it authenticated and graded . I hope it's real,

"You hope its real"? I dont think the OP or anyone spends that kind of money without doing their homework first. Someone who buys a coin like this raw seemingly knows what they are doing...

It is a S-13, the most common of the 1793 caps (R-4) but common is not really a term you can use on 93 caps. Mintage of just 11,056 coins spread among 6 varieties with a total estimated survival of around 400 or so coins available in ANY grade. This variety makes up about half of that number.
