Apollo obverse, tripod reverse. Close up pics, especially of the reverse, would help pin it down. Having said that, the tripod looks Baktrian to me. Possibly Euthydemos II.

Bob is correct it is Euthydemos II, from the size it's most likely the AR obol, Sear 7539, weight about .65g.
