I found them in region of "Koroška" or "Kaërten" in German language. It is near the Austrian border.
In the past this region belongs to Austrian - Hungarian kingdom, and the "Kerutzer" was official currency in that time.
They were in use since cca. 1500 up to cca 1800.

@Wout996...
I used water and old toothbrush. For silver coins this is enough.
For copper coins I usually use olive oil.
Just put small amount of olive oil and soak the coins for few weeks (depend of the condition of material).
