You won't. They were never issued in rolls, except for 1939 and 1949. They were issued in mint bags, and often re-bagged at many banks ... banks then issued them in their own rolls. I suspect many rolls and bags were sacrificed to the melting pot during one of the major silver spikes over the past few decades.
I once had the pleasure of opening and sorting through a 1963 mint bag of silver dollars.
