Now yer cookin' with gas !...... Much better pictures

Obv.: No wear on the tiara details, so it follows that there none on the hair or Queen's cheek.
Rev.: High points on the leaves all still there, but orb detail on the crown missing, but that is almost certainly due to a tiny of oil in the die at that point.

Perhaps had a quick dip at some stage, but most of the luster is still there.

Lovely coin, no problems, nice coin show pickup.
MS63.

Congratulations to trout1105 and SHAFTA9a for picking it with poorer photos.

Seeing better pictures, I'd say an au 50 net grade, not much real circ wear showing but it shows signs of light polishing. Look at the centre and the bows, they are polished shiny compared to the areas moving out to the edge.

the grade I think ICCS gave it, I'm still at ef40 - au50, net graded taking into consideration it has some sort of surface issue. Maybe lightly rubbed with a jewlers cloth. I can't see it grading mint state. If sent to US grading compan it's a details grade of some sort imo but still not mint.

Earlier I guessed ef45.

After seeing the second set of pictures (and of course the posted grade) and especially because of the reverse, I agree it is definitely an MS coin.

Lol one of the most confused grade threads to date. Is it an older certificate or newer?

intially guessed EF45. I'd say MS now.. which MS I can't tell. But it looks like a weaker obverse strike

MS 64 all day long Lovely coin. No wear on that coin and I bet it's far nicer in the hand taking 2d top down pics of a 3d object always means you lose nearly all the luster

So this coin graded AU 58.... But I thought this coin would make for a good conversational piece.... This is one coin that I absolutely think was graded from one side (the obverse) and I don't think the reverse was even inspected.

There is a difference between the two sides... This coin was an old two letter cert. From reading your opinions I really do believe this has a chance of being upgraded. The fields are absolutely pristine and there is good lustre.

It made for a great thread / I was quite off on the grade, hope you do well on a resubmission. It is a beauty pick up, nice light golden color
