I apologize for the quality of the pictures. They are in plastic sleeves. The Vingt Francs has 07912 A.15=4=1943.A. And K.76 and the Dix Francs has top left C.80 top right 97077 bottom left is 197797077 and bottom roght D.20=1=1944.D. I would like to know information about the numbers and possibly their value

These are very common notes. $1-$2 each based on their condition.

I'd say about double the price, French notes are popular, even if common. The numbers are the date of issue, and a block number, with a serial number.
