I won this junk lot for pocket change. Supposedly these are detector finds. Looks mostly Roman AE's but I think one might be a Greek coin or a Roman provincial issue. I have numbered the photograph; anyone want to play detective? I will post the ones that I do have some idea of what I'm looking at, although I might be wrong there too!

#1 - looks like an AE radiate of Aurelianus.

#2 - this is the one that looks like it has Greek writing on it.

#3 - looks like possibly a kneeling captive/standing emperor reverse a la Valentinian? Imitative?

#4 - can't tell in this picture, but perhaps I see the start of a GLORIA reverse. Along with #7 will have to wait until it is in hand to photo it.

#5 - looks like a GLORIA EXERCITUS rev. so probably Constantine or Constans; is that TES (Thessalonica) mint in exergue?

#6 - another "CONSTAN" obverse, big surprise there

#7 - Will have to wait until it is in hand to photograph it.

#8, 9, 10, and 12 - almost certainly too badly worn to identify?

#11 - very worn but at least it has some semblance of a design or pattern.

Thoughts appreciated, as always.

#2 looks to be a Severus Alexander, the letters AVTCEVRAL ( the L being a Lambda ) are just visible.

Yes, I think you are right. It appears to be a match for a provincial Severus Alexander, ...M AVR CEVH ALE...? with rho and lambda -- the rest of the obverse legend is not visible. It appears to be a laureate bust right but I cannot tell if that is just damage to the coin. The legend is uninterrupted on the obverse by the bust. It looks vaguely Nicaean to me based on the squared off lettering and the bust style but I won't be able to know much until I can see the reverse in a few days.
