The holed coins are part of a belly dancer costume. Easy to tell because the oil lamp calligraphy is all jumbled and confused.

One in the middle looks OK, but Ottoman isn't my specialty.

The year on the middle one is 1222/78, which is not a date any real Ottoman coins. It is, however, a very common date on the immitation pieces, meaning that one is also not a real coin.

Then take that the holed coin was don't by hammer/nail not drill and you have a faked fake belly dancer coin...that's gettin' pretty low to have to counterfeit a fake...even LJ knows better than that!

The above posters are correct; these are brass imitations of 19th century Ottoman gold coins. I the Near and MIddle East, such coins are used for jewellery and other decorative purposes - when I was in Turkey a couple of years ago, I saw similar coins being used to decorate the tassels on the traditional sherbet-sellers walking around the Grand Bazaar in Istanbul - but "belly dancer coin" is a convenient shorthand.
