The circumference wear pattern on both obverse and reverse looks unusual too me; it almost appears deliberate. I'll guess FR-2 assuming a straight grade.

Absolutely. I've only seen one for sale in about a year and a half, and it was sold before I got a chance to buy it. The hunt continues!

FR2 from PCGS but I think it's more PO1.
