Hello everyone,
Help Identifying the VAM of this 1878 Morgan ?
I am at a loss and could really use a hand on it. There is a die break running through the top of UNITED

Please let me know if you need any additional pictures or information.

It's a B1 reverse with connected olive leaves so it's either VAM-83 or 84. http://www.vamworld.com/1878-P+B1

VAMming is no different than the way to Carnegie Hall - practice, practice, practice. (I know, I just dated myself) After a while you know what to look for. 1878 P is all about the reverse first. The pick up points are the tail feathers, 7 or 8, slanted or parallel arrow feather and the center arrow nock - short or long. Long arrow nock means it's a 7 over 8 tail feather or B1 reverse. The attribution guides take you from there.
