I'm not sure if I've posted this one for grading before, but I did redo the photo and I believe this one accurately depicts the coin. This is exactly what it looks like in-hand under a light.

Obverse kind of funky; contrast with reverse could keep this from a straight grade.

Interesting looking coin! I'm not good at grading so I'll leave that to the more knowledgable.
It looks like there is a die crack on the reverse under the ribbon. From the rim up towards the ribbon then splits off in two different directions.
