The 1973 looks like over-polishing and the 1952(?) looks like Grease Fill on that digit.

The '52 might also show some minor polishing effects on the coat but the difference in the bowties and neck tell the tale for me.

also that the 1973 Lincoln Cent is a Over-Polished die and the 1952 Lincoln Cent is Struck Through Grease.
