It's at least EF-45. I think I see light wear on Miss Liberty's right leg and breast. The obverse stars seem slightly worn, though that could be partly strike-related. I might be persuated it's an AU if I could see some luster. The photos seem to be washing out whatever luster might actually be present.
Looks like a nice coin and I'd love to see how it looks in-hand!
