I agree since I see bag marks and spots on the face of the coin. The eagle really looks strong but the face is discolored or scuffed IMO. Since this is a common coin a quick dip would enhance it 100%. Maybe not turn a MS64 into a MS65 but it sure would look better. I am taking about a five second dip and no rubbing. If it was a scarce Morgan I would not dip, nor would I have bought it non-certified.

Hard to tell what is rub or merely the splotchy toning on the obverse. Maybe MS63.

63/64. Agree maybe a dip will improve eye appeal. Or maybe a acetone soak.
