Appears to be uncirculated or high AU at worst. Sharper pics would help.

Based upon the Reverse crown, I'll say AU .. clearer photos would help a great deal.

Nice coin. Looks AU to me. Nice luster/colour/shine. The reverse is a bit weak on the crown, but the obverse looks great.
Like the others said, sharper pics would help.
