This is my go-to thread on treating bronze disease:
http://goccf.com/t/61519

There are others here too (easily find-able if you use the CCF search function with "bronze disease" as the keywords).

It would be way cool if you posted follow-up pics after treatment!

The weight suggests that this is a Limes denarius.

If the coin is silver, then a soak in lemon juice should take care of the issues.

If, however, it's a limes, as has been suggested, then that won't work.

Pick as much of the verdigris off as you can, with a wooden orange stick (thick, stronger toothpick.)

Acetone bath, then try Verdicare.

Temporary seal against water and air with clear coat acrylic laquer seal, - this is easily removed with acetone.
Put into a 2x2 with a clear acetate sheet insert to protect the lacquer.
Staple the 2x2.

May still need long term pasivation.

Don't be too surprised if you find corrosion pitting under the green stuff.

If those pits exist, irreversible damage has already been done in those areas. Because of this, the cleaning out of those pits with a steel pin won't do further damage in those areas.

The reverse is going to be a long slow job; it may take hours to do properly.
Lots of patience will be needed to do well.

I stopped the picking. First I'm going to re - read the 5th chapter about metal conservation of the book: The elements of Archaeological Conservation written by J.M. Cronyn.
